The things I have subjected my skin to over the years are cringe worthy to any skincare junkie. I've laid out in the sun, pulled all nighters, skipped my SPF, and slept in my makeup. Some of these things I've even done in the same day (sorry guys but I'm being honest here). With my 30s creeping in disturbingly fast, I've finally decided to take my skin care seriously and take some preventative measures, my future self will thank me, right? I was also interested in seeing if these skincare routines and mask trends were actually worth the hype or if it was all youtube fluff from sponsored beauty gurus. I picked up a skin brightening mask treatment called Glamglow Flashmud. So does it actually make a difference, even with all this damage? If you're interested in my results, stay tuned.

Who doesn't love a healthy glow? Glamglow has released a new GlowPowder Highlighter palette that is infused with Hyaluronic Acid, Brazilian golden clay, golden gemstones, and a TEAOXI® Vitalflower Complex. The Hyaluronic Acid works to blur imperfections while the gemstones illuminate the skin, giving you flawless illumination without feeling heavy on the skin or accentuating pores (as someone with oily skin, I struggle with this a lot, especially with highlighters). This palette is also infused with the signature Glamglow scent, so you can get your glow on and smell great! Come hangout with me as I unbox this brand new Glamglow product and give you a real-time look at how it works!
About two years ago, I decided to take the dive and do an icy silver pixie cut. I loved it, truly. But I am constantly trying to change up my style, and unfortunately with hair, its not so easy to bounce back and forth from 12 inches of long locks, to 2" messy spikes and a completely shaved undercut. (unless you've got some extra cash flow for hair extensions). With my recent move to Salt Lake City 6 months ago, I decided it was time to finally commit to growing my hair back. I would endure the awkward mullet, the baby 1" point tail, half of my head being uneven due to the undercut, the whole journey of growing a pixie, in my opinion, was NOT glamorous. Not to mention the breakage I had from damage that was preventing strength in my hair follicles. Cue my saviors: Sugarbear Hair Vitamins and Olaplex.
