20 Beach Essentials You Don't Want To Be Without

We know many of you are gearing up for your well deserved beach vacation. But just because you're on vacation, doesn't mean your beauty routine should be! We've come up with some of our favorite vacation beauty essentials you won't want to forget!  (trust us, these aren't your typical hotel complimentary toiletries).

kkbum(GB Head of Receivings Karina pretty much has the ultimate beach bod)

Tan Towel Products - If you're trying to get tan without risking any sun damage, this is a great product for you. They're only a few bucks, and one little towel goes a long way to get you to the right level of sun-kissed you want to be.

Jane Iredale Amazing Base Loose Mineral Powder - A favorite of GBG Jenevieve: "I'm not a heavy makeup girl, so this provides just the right amount of coverage and stays put even in the humidity. Plus Broad Spectrum UVF//UVB Protection!"

Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel Mini and Skin Smoothing Cream Mini - Just because you're on vacation doesn't mean your skincare regimen should be. These two are a perfect one two combo to get rid of daily impurities without over-moisturizing.

Palladio Rice Paper - Those prone to oily skin can have a bit of a difficult time in humid weather. These blotting papers are small enough to keep in your purse and absorb any unwanted oil from your face so your skin gets a nice break.

(Getting me to leave the island was like pulling teeth)

Dermalogica Protection 50 Sport SPF50 - You already know sunscreen is important in protecting your skin from aging, discoloration and skin cancer, but did you know you're supposed to reapply sunscreen every two hours? Add another application each time you jump in the ocean - most sunscreens aren't as water resistant as they claim to be. This is a favorite of ours, as it doesn't clog your pores nearly as much as the stuff you buy at the grocery store (no breakouts, please).

Hempz - Yuzu And Starfruit Daily Herbal Dry Oil Body Spray SPF 30 - Nothing is worse than feeling like a slimy mess from you traditional sunblock that refuses to absorb after you apply it. This light-weight body spray oil from Hempz is perfectly balanced to deliver moisture to skin while helping to protect against the effects of sun damage and harmful UVA/UVB rays, daily elements and sun exposure. Plus, It's vegan and packed with all natural ingredients!

GlyMed Cell Science Photo-Age Protection Cream 30+ - Esthetician Michelle LOVES this sunscreen, and she, of course, has flawless skin. We'll take her word for it.

Burt's Bees Natural Sun Care Sun Protecting Lip Balm SPF 8 - Keep those smackers feeling soft, hydrated, AND protected from harsh rays! Have you ever had sunburnt lips? You don't really want to find out what that's like, do you?

Jane Iredale Dream Tint Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 - This is a favorite of Karina's: "It's lightweight coverage, moisturizing but not oily, and has SPF. Win win win."

Dermalogica Barrier Repair - Harsh environmental burns, scrapes or dryness can really take a toll on your vacay. This velvety waterless moisturizer helps fortify sensitive skin and repair damage from environmental factors (while making your skin super smooth).

Bumble & bumble Surf Spray - The cornerstone of any beach trip. If you're heading to a humid environment, simply spritz the Surf Spray into your hair and ruffle, and you'll have instant sexy beach hair.

Pureology Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner Mini - You really don't need more than the travel sizes of these two Pureology favorites
. A little goes a long way, not to mention makes your hair feel like silk.

Batiste Dry Shampoo Wild - If you should choose to opt out of washing your hair every day (guilty as charged), the Batiste Mini Dry Shampoos are great for absorbing oil and making beach hair last for days.

Morrocanoil Intense Curl Cream - Curly-haired girls absolutely have to try this curl cream. Odds are, those ringlets are going to make themselves known in humid weather. Instead of going against the curls, own them - this cream will help define and beautify those curly sues.

(It's hard to get a bad photo of GB Marketing Director Jenevieve)

OPI Fiji Collection - This bright collection is quite literally made to go on your toes while they're dipped in the sand.

Palladio Herbal Matte Lipstick in Coral - This shade is kind of like the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, but with lipstick...meaning, it looks amazing on everybody. A great go to for adding a splash of color and fun on vacation (warning: may leave bright orange kiss marks on cute locals).

Blinc Mascara - I am personally a huge fan of this mascara, as it doesn't smear; in fact, it creates tubes around your lashes that come right off as soon as you wash your face (and not before). Humidity tends to make mascara run, but not with this puppy.

Palladio Baked Bronzer - You really can't go wrong with adding a touch of glitter to your eyes, cheeks, lips, wherever, when you've already got a killer tan going; bronze and gold, after all, seem to be made for each other.
